Where is the Move command in TortoiseSVN?

I've been using Subversion for source control on the current project. I am on a windows machine, so I like to use the TortoiseSVN client which integrates nicely with the Windows Explorer application. I recently wanted to move a directory to another location. However, performing Subversion move commands using Tortoise SVN is [arguably] not intuitive. I assumed you should be able to right-click on the directory and find a "Move" command under the TortoiseSVN folder. Not so...Instead right-click and drag the folder to the new location, and when you release the mouse button, you will be given the option to move the versioned files.
